Benonamit expansion grout is expensive and requires quite a few holes to work effectively, but is a safe method.
I use a “non-explosive” method to break rocks and concrete in sensitive areas including in houses and next to services.
The boulder buster uses water pressure similiar to the way a ramset gun drives a nail into steel or concrete.
A pulse wave is propigated by a shot. Since fluids do not compress and rock or concrete requires little movement to break the buster method is very energy efficient and effective.

I have a couple of strips of ledge 4 feet high 10 feet long that I need to get rid of. They are to close to the house, I do not want to blast (may crack the foundation and is very expensive) Has anyone tried this product BETONAMIT and how were your results.
Thanx
