Just had a real real good experience with a guy I hired to get my schedule back up to speed. Only needed him for a few days, and it worked since he was just coming up to one of those inevitable “holes” in his schedule. I’ll say up front when you think you know what’s up it’s fairly humiliating to have someone else look at you and say “you know, there’s a better way (ya big schmuck!)” But I learned a handful of things from this guy in a few days which, while I was dubious about some of it at first, once I tried his methods, worked well. Bottom line, it worked for him since it got him a paycheck for a few days when he wouldn’t have had one, for me, it turned a two week job into a four day one. I started late, I finished early. Everyone’s happy. I’m back on track with time to spare (which means I’m gonna go bug someone tomorrow who owes me a houseful of custom millwork!) May we all have the opportunity to turn the ego off from time to time and still learn something.

Crow doesn't taste good , but to go a day and not learn something is a waste of time.
A little hot sauce on it don't hurt.
