I just purchased a cmu constructed cabin. It has significant water and termite damage on the floor joists. I am replacing all of them. The joists rest on a cmu ledge. What is the best practice where the wood joist and concrete make contact on the ledge? Is it a liquid membrane? Poly foam sill sealer?

A little metal flashing or some ice and water shield on the bottom of the joist should work.
