Here’s what I have. Room-in-attic trusses spaced 24″ oc. I want to build a few interior walls (2×4, drywall). Some walls will rest between truss bottom chords. Subfloor is in two layers (3/4″ OSB topped with 1/2″ OSB). Trusses were engineered to handle this load easily (also engineered to safely support a 350 lb wood stove anywhere in the designed living area). The question I have is should I provide blocking under the subfloor directly under the those interior walls that rest between the truss bottom chords. Thanks for any thoughts/suggestions.

I would
On edge cross blocking every 24"

I'd use what I had-2x4 would be surely fine-you're looking for some structural but mostly firm anchorage as these partition walls should not be adding to the point load all that much. Cross blocking with a 2x4 on edge should hold that subfloor up. If you have bigger members, have at it.

Thanks for the feedback.
