Apologies if I missed this but am looking for a recommendations for a gas sealed combustion boiler for hot water heat with an exchanger for domestic hot water also. Old house with cast iron radiators. Plan to repipe with HE-PEX. If I wanted to do radiant heat in a couple of bathrooms would I need a sepaarte heat exchanger or just a mixing valve? Other comments regarding this approach appreciated.

Bill your best bet is to contact your local heating contractor and find out what brands are supplied in the area, that way you know if parts are avaliable.Next a mixing valve would be just fine for radiant heat but make sure you purchace a boiler that will handle the load of your house and the load of the future bathroom radiant heat.
