   I've been using mine (12v) daily for the past 2 weeks it is awesome, though a bit noisy when impactin'.

   'when impactin' Does this mean you can run it without the impact mode ingaged? Or are you refering to it spining before you apply load?

   When you set a screw (Piffin or otherwise) it operates like a cool little drill for 1/2- 2/3 the length of the screw(say 1-5/8" dw screw through plywood into fir) then the impact gitzit kicks in and drives it home and beyond(if you are not paying attention).

   You can't switch the gitzit on or off you just enjoy the ride. I'd buy another if I was ambidextrious and screw the world.

   You can't switch the gitzit on or off you just enjoy the ride. I'd buy another if I was ambidextrious and screw the world.
