   nah i didnt give up my space under the able,changed my handle cuz the waitress quit bringing me drinks, i dont know exactly why but she mumbled something about nibbling on her ankle and carving my name on her wooden leg..go figure

   I never understood why people would try to sell their property that way. Maybe it would work for people who are looking to move to a specific area. But people don't tend to flock to small midwestern farming towns in large numbers.

   Anybody here ever try it?
