I could swear I remember seeing an article on a cantilevered granite vanity in either FHB or JLC. It had a nice beefy welded bracket lagged into the wall. I’ve searched both sites in their magazine indexes and came up empty-handed. There is a reference to one in FHB #111, but it is not what I remembered. Am I crazy or does someone know where to find this?

There is an article in an issue of Today's Homeowner that sounds just like what you are describing. I'll look later, and if I find it, I'll post a pic or two and see if this is the one you are thinking of.

*Nick,I remember seeing the same article, suffering from the same memory loss you are. Comes from having too many sources of info stacked around the office. Might be easier to re-invent the wheel in this case.
