I am starting to lose some of my ponderosa pine and doug fir to the bark beetle that is attacking the forests in the southwest.  My property is on a fairly steep grade so I need to be able to salvage the lumber from the trees where I drop them.  Does anyone have any experience with the add-on chainsaw mills and would you recommend any particular brand?  I have a Stihl with a 20″ bar.
