I have recently purchased a 100yr. old 3 story graystone that is full of vintage white oak trim, amber patina pine floors, and clawfoot tubs. I am in the process of doing some renovation work in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom and would like to refinish the clawfoot tub. Is there a do-it-yourself kit available on the market? I have called for an estimate and the company wanted $400 just to redo the inside (2 primer coats and 3 finish coats, all sprayed on).

Thanks for the tip. After having done some more searching, I have found out of a company that seems to be quite reputable and they're based in the Chicagoland area: Midwest Chemicals. Here is their link: http://www.midwestchemicals.com/index.html. They do quite a bit of work for customers who buy clawfoot tubs from Salvage One here in Chicago. Salvage One is one of the finest architectual artifact resources in the US. http://www.salvageone.com
