Are these worth anything to anyone? When I took out our chimney we had 4 square clay flues about 2′ long.
The BIL insists that I should run an add in the paper, I’m not so sure. Your thoughts?

Sailfish, based on one I bought for a project last week
an 8x12x24 flue section is worth about $11.
I would never consider buying one used----unless it was a highly ornate chimney "Pot" in great condition.
otherwise---a perfect new one is so in-expensive---why bother with storing used ones--- I might use it tommorrow---might be 5 years from now---why bother.
hope that helps, Stephen
kind of what I thought.
thanks

Not worth paying for an ad, but you might try Craiglist. Imaginative people can come up with adaptive re-use, like in the garden or sculpture or something. But I agree, never for re-use in a flue.
About all I wopuld use tjhat for is to fill it with soil and plant strawberries in it

I bought 2 of those for terrier tiles - has a Cairn, a Jack Russell, & a German Shepherd who sometimes got a little too rough for the little guys - they could just run in the tiles for a breather.
