I had a A/C condensation line exiting the house near a stucco wall. The constant dripping has left green moss and mud stains on the stucco. What’s the best way to remove the stains? The stucco is a colored tan color. I was thinking to use a diluted chlorine solution, but will this bleach the stucco out too?

If it is dilute enough, and you wash it off thoroughly, it should be ok. Start real weak and increase the strength as needed.
Do it right, or do it twice.
It's imperative that you use gentle brushing and agitation instead of brute force to avoid damaging the surface and, on EIFS, breaking through the watertight barrier. All washing and rinsing should be as gentle as possible.
Here's what I recommend using to clean it:
1 gallon warm water
1 quart household bleach
1 cup trisodium phosphate (TSP)
Apply the solution to the entire area and lightly agitate with a soft bristle brush. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Also, many places like HD or a Contractor's supply often sell a product specific mold/mildew cleaner for stucco.
Good luck, Ken in Savannah
Thanks for the post and recipe. I'll try it out.
For house hold bleach to work best it needs to 10:1 ratio so for a gal. of water 10 parts water 1 part bleach. So it should be a little more then 12 oz. pop can full of bleach to a gallon of water.
