Anyone know.

try eight cubed times two. That won't allow for the web or the wall thickness.

I don't have a block here with me but I was thinking each cavity in a block is roughly
8x6x6 which is 288 cu inches times two cavities per block = 576 cu inches per block.
The walls of each cmu are tapered so this is a rough guess but it's always better to order more concrete than not enough.
