I am priceing a small (700 sq. ft.) office space increase in an existing building. It’s all interior work, steel studs, drywall, tape, paint, 5 doors, electrical (panel is nearby), heat (the existing system was setup to accomodate – just need to run the ductwork), and drop ceiling. The area is clean with no demo involved. It is second floor but all material will be boomed in.
I don’t usually do commercial work and I was wondering if anyone had a handle on a square foot price. I have already figured the job I am just looking for a benchmark to compare to. The job is in New Haven County, CT
