Dear Folks
I get to use a beach house in Florida and in return I do light Maint. One problem that I can’t seem to solve is sticking flapper valves on the commodes. When no one is there for a period of time the flappers stick. I tried vasoline on them and that didn’t seem to work. Anybody know what will work and not destroy the rubber?
Thanks

Replace the flapper with something else. Maybe silicone or polurethane instead of rubber.
