Common Construction Materials Weights ..

Need to help a buddy. He’s filling out his disability paperwork today …
needs to know if there’s a web site with the weights of common construction materials. I’d think his disability lawyer would have this info on hand … but … there he is filling out some papers all by his lonesome.
I know that little pocket reference guide book that’s everywhere has some stuff in it … but he’d do betetr with a website to check thru.
Any ideas?
Best I could come up with were google and checking manufacturers websites. Thot of USG for sheets of drywall and buckets of joint compound. LP for weights of plywood.
Anyone have a good all inclusive?
Thanks,
Jeff

concrete 145 lb per cubic feet +- 5 lbs
I dont know and I think it might be a pretty hard thing to nail down, seeing as everything seems to weigh more more and more every year for me.
Architectural Graphic Standards. Good book. My 1970 has all of that stuff.
A later edition I saw didn't. Don't know if that was a "Reader's Digest" type edition or not.

Jeff,, I have several books in front of me,, what material are we looking at?
I'll have to see what materials the handful of websites I found didn't cover.
His disability form asked Q's about how many times a day did the job require him to lift/carry under 20lbs, 20 to 40lbs, 40 to 60lbs and over 60lbs.
Guess they wanted examples for each catagory.
Hoping he emails me the list of materials he's got in mind.

If you work construction, you'd better be able to lift 100 #s from time to time. Nobody expects a person to lug two 50# boxes of nails but you are likely to move 50#-75# frequently. It doesn't always have a handle and you aren't always going to be on a flat, level surface. Stresses put on the body are more than just the weight of objects. There is a lot of bending, crawling, stretching and climbing. Many things are awkward to handle, it's more than just weight, it's a lot of mobility, too.
Beat it to fit / Paint it to match
