I want to pour an 1-1/2″ of 4000 psi concrete mixture
(pearock aggregrate) over a 3/4″ T&G plywood subfloor. The 1-1/2″ thick
concrete floor will contain the hydronic radiant tubing used in
conjunction with a geothermal system. The floor trusses have been engineered and
spaced to carry this load. My question is – what type of a membrane (30#
felt) would be recommended as a barrier between the concrete and the
plywood subfloor?
Thanks — BuildrBob
