Looking for recommendations on what to use to fill in the holes in a foundation that are left after snapping off cone-ties, both below and above grade. THANKS!

Suzanne, you can buy little cones at a concrete accessories dealer, they also sell stuff to glue them in place, the alternative is to fill the holes with concrete patching mix.... gluing the cones in is more fun and looks better in the end.
*Hi Suzanne,Simply go the your local wine supply house and get the right size corks and sink them in with a hammer and wooden dowel until they are recessed at least 1/2 inch and then patch with mortar mix before you damproof the foundation. The cork has the added benefit of insulating the cavity.Gabe
*we patch the ones below grade with plastic roof cement and then apply our foundation damproofing over that..above grade we make up a rich mix of concrete mortar, usually applied with a stucco sponge trowel.. and then rub the patch with a wood trowel.. the patches disapear if you do it when the concrete is still green...b but hey, whadda i no ?
