I am writing a paper on the Benefit/Cost Analysis of Building Green Residential structures for an Advanced Engineering Economics project. The class is part of my masters program in Civil/Industrial Engineering. Most of all the research that I have found is primarily commercial. Since I have been a subscriber of this magazine for sometime, I thought that it would be interesting to here some your views, possible research avenues, or facts pertinent to your local area. Thank you

You came to the right place. All you have to do is start reading past threads. In a couple of weeks, you'll have enough data to get your masters.

I figured there might be something at bs, but also, when I googled to find the link, I saw a lot of other potential for you under that term.
Seems that the energy star people would have some objective data for residential const too.
