If you have ever used a Rotary Hammer for drilling concrete, brick or tile you may, like me, never return to the dual function, can't feel my hands anymore...Hammer Drill.
That sounds expensive for a recon 14.4 volt drill. I have the 18v Bosch, and it rocks for tapcons. Have not tried bigger holes, since all my larger bits are SDS or SDS-Max. Feels like it would be able to do up to 1/2" in a pinch, but the rotohammer is so much faster and easier.

Dewalt sucks. I know tha tfrom experiance. We've had three at work and none of them lasted a year.
Who Dares Wins.
Guess that means I have about 2 months use left on my drill. I beat the snot out of my Dewalt hammerdrill and it performs just fine.
I have the makita 24v, like it a lot. My buddy has the Milwaukee, the hammer seems to be more aggressive, it drills faster than mine, if i was to buy again i would consider it.

Wow! Saying thanks doesn't seem like enough....Thanks! See what I mean?
I have the Dewalt 18 volt and it's great. I never knew drilling in concrete could be so much fun!
