The spread is large depending on where you live. In so. Cal a three coat natural can range between 3.50-4.25 per square foot. In NY it can be as low as 2.00/ft.
Denver is 2.25 sq/ft for Bona traffic.
900 sf for me with patching (about 50 sf) 2 coat poly cost me $1200
new jersey
Here in Albany, NY it's $2.20/sq foot
Stairs are diff (it's per step, but I can't remember what).
But sometimes you can find one of the guys that has access to the equipment and will do it on the "side" for half price.
