Todays find. Usually hit the garage sales on the way home from church on Sundays, usually pretty lean pickings on Sunday here though.
This guy was just 6 blocks from home, 4 new tires and just painted, guy could not get it to run consistently so put it in his garage sale. Have another motor for it in a shed if that is a problem.
$50! I even paid the asking price (a rarity), had to take the truck back to pick it up, farther than 6 blocks and probably would not have bothered. Likely will sit in a shed for 5 years before I look at it again? Even the blades and belts look good.

sweet deal, exactly $50 more than I paid for my mower, snowblower and chainsaw but I haven't been able to score a tractor..... yet.
I've got backup handtools, tablesaws and even 2 dogs, why shouldn't you have 2 tractors?
How about backup wifes?.

well, I am on the second one, but she's no backup!
BTW, the first cost me a heck of a lot more than that tractor!
Shhh...The wives will get their backs up!

Years ago I was in the Optimist when it was a (mostly) men's organization. But once each month was lady's night and the wife came to the dinners and less "business" during the meetings. But not that many wifes attended. And one of the wives was calling everyone to try and get more out. I have never been married. And the person that called me knew me, but did not put name to face when she called.I said that I can't. If I bring both of them they will fight. If I just bring one they other get upset.A lot of pauses and stammering in response. .
