I’m redoing a room which has a knee wall with a door for storage. Because I want to put a bed up against the wall I’m looking for a door handle that has a door knob on one side and is flush with the door on the other. Hope someone can help. LARRY

how about bullet catches for a latch and an inset handle that lays flush with the door and hinges out when you pull on it.
Exactly, you don't need a door knob on the inside.
Rare earth magnets mortised and epoxied into the door, the catch is either a simple flathead screw countersunk flush in the stop, or some metal plate attached to the stop. Used them for 2nd doors to the unreachable corners of closets, kneewall access covers, attic access covers, as well as for furniture doors.
There are quite a few cabinet catches that would probably work, though you have to pick one that can be somehow opened from the inside.
Another option is to simply install a deadbolt, with keyslot on the outside, knob on the inside.
They used to make "blind" knobs for closets & the like, but the best I can google up just now is a "dummy."
Lemme guess. You have trained your mice to use a doorknob.
