Double Dipping – PC/Amazon Rebates ?

I am getting some gift cert for Amazon. Probably only total $100 – 125. But that is a good “starting” point.
Went to Amazon to do a little screen (window) shopping and see what I might get.
They have an immediate rebate of $25 if you buy $199 or more of PC tools (Have a similar deal for a couple of other brands).
But I look at the PC plate joiner which sells for $199.99 and there is also a mail in rebate of $30 from PC.
So it looks like I can get it for $144.95

I don't think so - - only thing of which to be aware is that mail-in rebates tend to be very persnickity vis-a-vis dates, reciepts, product codes/symbols - so read the fine print and follow it to a 'T'...
