Is it just me or do all of the salespeople pretend to be on the phone or doing other important work while 20 people wait around to have their numbers called? Just ranting I guess but waiting 20 minutes to place an order seems a bit much, then 15 minutes for the yard guy to call you to load up. By the time you get to the job, the morning is half over.
Anybody from Seattle or elsewhere care to respond?

If it makes you feel any better, I subbed a laundry room, rehabbed a basement, and a kitchen, about 16 years ago... Using the lake union Dunn Lumber yard.
It was just as bad then as it is now...
The destination is not the point. The completion is not the point. Enjoy today. If you can't enjoy today, then what is the point ?
