WILL need to be towed. I believe it is a 350 engine as well.. I have included pictures of outside and inside. Nothing to hide. It will need some care to be put back on th road again. However it is free, you cant ask for more than that.
It is located at 15413 SE 308th St, Kent, WA. First come to take away it is yours. This is a bank forclosure property and an abandoned motor home which is why it is free. I must get rid of it to the junk yard or to someone who may have a use for it. There are ways to get a title for an abandoned vehicle but you are on your own for that. This is all legitament and have nothing to worry about.
Thank you Jack. PS: If you taek the motor home, please be courteous enought to let me know it is gone so I can delete this posting.

Dont tell her. Just sneak it in and hide it between the piles of lumber.
Tell her you got it to store a shed inside of it.

Three to one odds the reason he didn't reply to yer post already is because he is now on the way to retrieve the vehicle.
did you see that streak of denim go flying by?
Whaddah mean?
It IS a shed. I got neighbors that keep chickens in one...

Yeeeehaaaaawwwww!
You got some Montanexas livin' close to you.
Tell'em that I said "hah ya'll."
Ain't globalization a great thang...?
I have to admit it's a clever use for a ruined camp trailer, but seeing chicken chit all over Formica counters...i dunno, it's just wrong."And look," she said, "the chickens can crawl underneath it for shade!"
That would make it a Chicken Coupe d'Ville, not a shed

How do you say "Shed" in French?
It's bound to sound better....

Cabanon or remise are both accepted terms , at least where I come from
cabanon mobile a vendre...now that could get you some money
"cabanon mobile a vendre...now that could get you some money"I dunno - sounds more like a disease that gypsies get;)

Well it looks like a comfy place to ride out the storm after you get it home.
"Yeah, she's a beauty, ain't she Clark? That there is an RV! I don't want you to go gettin' any ideas now. She's not for sale."
ROAR.
I love that line, pure classic No one should regard themselve as "God's gift to man." But rather a mere man whos gifts are from God.
Probably the only thing more expensive than a free boat is a free motorhome. :)
edit: It would probably make a good shed.

Speaking of which (well not really), someone was wondering about buying a post-office truck for their work vehicle recently (and got talked out of it). Today at lunch I noticed an ambulance parked at the Subway and it occurred to me that an old ambulance might be a decent work vehicle.
Unlike other vehicles that are driven into the ground, ambulances tend to be replaced at intervals when they become technologically obsolete (often with very low miles). They do likely get "passed down" to rural FDs and the like, but then, like old computers, they become so much baggage to be gotten rid of.
The trick is to locate the obsolete ones -- I don't have any idea on how to do that.
I did an internet search for you and came up with the following:

http://www.ambunet.com/

There are others but at least this is a start."Projects beget projects and projects beget the need to buy new tools and that is what the cycle of life is all about."
There are a lot of contractors around here using old ambulances. For some reason, most of them are plumbers, but I also know of two electricians using them. My bet is the reason is that there are a lot of volunteer ambulance companies, and many of these tradesmen are members of those squads so they get first crack when the units are sold off. =====Zippy=====

I've seen a couple around and once thot about it.
my mechanic talked me out of it quick.
said they're way heavy and suck down more gas than anything else on the road.
plus ... if it's used it's already beat to hell.
there is a really cool one around with a "house Dr" logo on it ... still has all the lights and sirens ... real nice one. Had to cost a fortune.

They are heavy, and consume large amounts of fuel. If I were looking for one, I'd check out government auctions. Fire departments that usually turn them over every third year. But be careful, now that most of the larger ones have real fleet management programs, they are surplussed / replaced only when the cost of operation starts to climb.
The fact that they suck gas may or may not be important, depending on how far you have to drive to your jobs. The units shouldn't be "beat to hell" since they don't get driven all that much, and they're replaced for reasons other than mechanical wear/reliability.

ambulances don't get driven alot?
and when they do it's a nice slow trip somewhere ...
where do you live?
I used to work with a former ambulance driver .. they get beat to hell from what I've seen and what I've heard first hand.

generally I agree with that assessment. There is one here tho...Since they have to go by ferry, they rarely race like on TV. Anyways, the Fire Dept sold it off. One of the mechanics has had it for a couple years. He races cars so it was used to tow the track car to and from every weekend, and keep his tools, tires, and parts in, along with having a bed built in. I think he wants about $4500 for it.

When I was in high school, I drove an early morning door-to-door milk route for a local distributor in a '57 Chevy delivery wagon. It had the body of the station wagon, but only had two doors, no side windows, a drivers seat, and a wood deck in the back.He eventually sold it to a local plumber who used it for years as a work vehicle.

my Dad ran his remodeling company out of an old '60's something panel van in the 70's ...
I've always wanted to get one and letter it up as the second company truck.

I've kicked around the idea of a motor home just like this as a work truck. Plenty of room and most important, a bathroom. I'd leave the table and have a nice place to eat lunch.

The wife and I were driving back from the grocery store the other day when we say a '68 dodge sportsman for $2000.
It was ugly and needed a lot of work, but damn, it was tempting. ;o)
I'm so glad I didn't open this thread and find a picture of a really hung dude. It kind of bothers me that I went ahead and opened it anyway knowing that was a possibility.
Come on some of you were thinkning the same thing and opened it anyway as well.

I have the perfect solution.
Just looked at the title again.
"DW would not like this in the back!"
DON'T PUT IT IN THE BACK.
Keep it up front by the road.

Yeah, park it in the front yard. And be sure to put it up on blocks to save the tires.

funny story. one day we started getting calls at our office. filled all 5 lines, "do you still have the motorhome?" seems our phone # got placed under a free motorhome from the storage company around the corner. The gal transposed two #'s. anyway, got about 75 calls in less than an half hour. So, if you didn't see that within the first minute after it was posted it was already gone. course if you were the first one there to tow it........
