Hey guys,

I know we’ve beat the dead horse on how everyone does estimates.  I have always liked to have each sub estimate their part with a full set of plans but lately everyone is so busy (I’m in Florida) we can’t get guys to return with an estimate very promptly.  30-60 for a return is killing us!

And so we call other subs and still no efficient reply.

I want to use the Means pricing but even without the use of the multiplier, the prices don’t seem accurate with what we are paying for subs.

Any thoughts?
