Iam building a custom house , and the owner wants to make garage larger than 24×24 which is my standard size garage. Iam building brick veneer stick built. How much extra would one charge per sq.ft over the standard size to cover cost and proft?

If yuou have a standard size and cost but don't want to stick cost estimate, you can unit cost estimate based on your current costs or pro rate the cost as a ratio of the current.
The latter is the least accurate way of projuecting these costs. The unit costs is more accurate but the stick method is the absolute most accurate.
With any of them, you have to base estimates on your costs, not mine or anybody elses. It's important to keep job cost records so you can apply to future estimates.
