Brewcrew, I can't say about their nails. I ordered a Paslode 18 guage Impulse finish nailer from them when these nailers first came out and I couldn't even get one at my local Paslode distributer. Got a good price and the gun arrived in like three days. No complaints. Still preffer to buy local when possible. If I remember right the shipping cost on nails was pretty high.
I found out some fastener suppliers play a juggling act of accumulating enough orders for a larger quantity purchase from the main source, which squeezes more into their profit margins.
I was surprised to hear of this when an order I placed kept getting pushed back by weeks. (A box of 1,000 offset oval head 3" x .121 ring shank stainless, 31 degree, paper collated.)
Had to cancel the order and call another supplier (Swan Secure), who got the stuff to me with free shipping within 2 days.
I don't recall what I paid or if there were substantially cheaper sources.
I have not ordered anything from the site but upon examination it looks like they have the best price on the MAX SN890RH nailgun that I am currently carrying wood for. $359 vs $399 elsewhere. Maybe in a month or two.
