Never used it, but have heard of it.
Supposed to be tough like epoxy, but easier to install than epoxy. And as you wrote, it stays pliable. Urethane based, if I recall.
Where are you planning on using it?

If you want to use great grout, use Laticrete SpectraLok Pro.
