Hi All:
I’m looking for a cheap way to put 1 x 6 trim around exterior windows, other than solid wood or plastic. I’ve ripped 4′ x 8′ waterproof MDF sheets called Extera in the past ( for interior window jambs) but have heard that there are other similar products on the market. We live in SW Florida and it cost more to ship the stuff from Louisiana than the product itself. Any comments or ideas?

There is a dealer about 9 mi. away. I was hoping to find something else that comes in 4' x 8' sheets so I can cut it to the size that I want. Anyone else have some ideas?
