I need some help removing stains from unglazed exterior tiles.
I have a white stain on some unglazed exterior tiles that appears just in from the drip line. It doesn’t appear to be efflourescence, it’s not fuzzy.
I’ve been unable to remove it with muriatic acid, CLR, any household cleaning, a small pressure washer or wire brush. They “disappear” when wet which makes for even more fun trying to remove them.
The tiles were laid about 10 years ago on a concrete slab that was prepped with a second layer of re-inforced concrete.
Any ideas? Thanks.

If they disappear when wet, make them permanently 'wet'.
Clean them one more time, rinse well, let totaly dry, then brush on some sort of polyurethane sealant, or something.
You posted this in the gallery. This is a place for people to post pictures of things they have done. You'll probably get more answers to your question if you take it back out to the main page.
