Exterior trim for windows with wood siding

Building an auxiliary dwelling, i have ZIP walls and vinyl windows. I’m planning to install wood siding, which is going to be vertical v-groove boards, with a rainscreen made of 3/4 furring strips behind the siding. That give me a siding thickness of roughly 1-1/2.
What kind of trim installation do you recommend to work with that thickness of siding ?
Everything i see online is using 1x boards. The thickest i’m able to find is 5/4.
Thanks

Not quite sure of what you have to work with but…
Figure where your window frame or fins need to be to work with the trim you want to use and build out your framing to accommodate that.
Flash all of this so it doesn’t allow water entry.
If the windows are already in and flashed, build out the perimeter to make your trim work.
Make sure all of these are flashed properly!
Have you already installed the windows? If not, you can install them on top of 3/4”x 4-6” or wider ply to match the furring strips and have a base for standard 1” trim (5/4 is 1”). To be extra careful about leaks above the window I’ve put z flashing on the top horizontal piece of ply and taped it. If you’ve already installed the windows to the zip how thick is the casing? What I’ve done is attach PT ply, same thickness as my 1/2” furring strips, wide enough for the trim and to catch the end of the siding, then applied the trim over that, using OSI Quad Max between the trim and casing before installing.
P.S. I didn't read Calvin's reply before posting mine. I see he's also mentioned building out the perimeter if your windows are already installed.
Such a simple solution to build up the thickness before installing ! unfortunately the windows were already in place. I ended up making something i will likely regret, with a part of the trim casing sitting under the siding. Not making it very replaceable at all ... oh well. It's called learning.
I wanted a very narrow trim around the windows, so i have a regular 1x4 board framing the window and nailed to the zip wall (with a rabbet for the nail fin), and i nailed a ripped piece of 5/4 siding perpendicular to that board on the window end. that gives me a 1 inch visible trim around the window, and the remaining width of the 1x4 board underneath is the same thickness as my furring strips so siding goes over it.
