I know this has been brought up before, but I can’t recall your best self leveler.
I’m appliing over both 3/4″ cdx ply and 1.5″ oak plank. Expecting the leveler to be under 1/4″ thick and covering a 35’sq. area. Hoping to apply sheet vinyl directly to this.
I would like to stay away from the “Stone Mason” brand.

Home Depot sell a fine self-leveling underlayment in the ceramic tile aisle. @ $26/bag.
If your on the 2nd floor, make sure to seal gaps around pipes where underlayment can pour down to next level. I did that one so you don't have to.
A shame to cover oak planks with sheet vinyl.
I would have refinished the oak floor but I used the majority of it to repair damaged areas in the rest of the house... Hard to make newer oak look like 90+ year old.
I have used Level Quick from HD, over plywood, I usually nail metal lath to the flooring before pouring. Make sure gaps in plywood amd holes in the floor around pipes etc are covered.
I always use the liquid mixer instead of water.
