Anyone have any thoughts on the festool lights. They have a surface inspection light and a Syslite Duo worklight and they both cost a fortune.
Thanks, Wayne

Festool is the Gucci of tools. Way too expensive. I do see the value in buying good tools and while I do think festool provides good tools, I haven’t bought one in years. Now all the major brands have track saws etc. Festool needs to adjust their pricing for the working man to match their competition somewhat. Yes, you can find lights for half the price that are just as good, but lack the sex appeal of festool. I have multiples in my shop that I bought years ago. The lights I have are Milwaukee and work great. I do not remember where I purchased them, but do remember that I searched within the automotive paint industry and found a lot of options and got mine from there.
I agree and thanks for the ideas.
Pro tool that costs $300 will really hurt your pocket, but the quality is worth the price. I would love to have it, but the price will give me a second thought.
