Does anyone have any advice for an attractive finish on the exposed part of a basement wall that’s mostly made of Quad-Lock insulated concrete forms, but has a daylighted wall of PT wood. Some of the exposed foam has “Bituthene” waterproofing memebrane that will have to be covered, too. It could be sided, of course, but I’m thinking along the lines of some kind of synthetic stucco or similar product. Any ideas?

Acrylic stucco would work just fine and many of them can be dyed. The distributor of the forms should be able to point you to a product appropriate to your forms - they almost all supply such materials for parging the space from the siding down to the waterproofing just below grade line. They are usually applied over a self-adhesive mesh stuck to the foam, like drywall mesh tape, but bigger. Stucco is also common from grade to the roof. You would have to get the different manufacturers to tell you what's appropriate for EPS.
I don't think many of them will stick to the bituthene, but there should be no harm from cutting that down to just below grade level.
(I just finished the Blue Maxx installers course today and I'm looking fofr an excuse to talk about it.)
