soon after it appeared, looked at those images you included.
What I see depicted looks to me more like cut glass - something you'd see in glassware like a pitcher or vase, or maybe art glass? - rather than anything like an image suspended inside two panes of plain glass.
If I'm correct in what I'm seeing in your images, the prism effect - refraction - can't be achieved any other way. I'd be looking for somebody who does art glass for their input.
I did a search using Google just now, came up with:
