Before turning an attic into livable space, learn the code requirements specific to attics.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming
WOW!!! What a Ride!
Forget the primal scream, just ROAR!!!
Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
If your view never changes you're following the wrong leader

Absolutely, it routs like butta. I would spray you and everything else with static guard though, it makes a PILE of snow.
Tell me about it!
Been using it for fascias, and the occasional exterior stairs risers. Not so bad on the crosscut. Ripping is another story.
If this stuff was a bit more ridgid, I'd like it better.
Thanks for the affirmative.

It routs very nicely, I used a router and flush trim bit to reproduce curved fascia on some eyebrow dormers.
I took the old rotted pieces off, screwed them to the back of the Azek and routed away what I could.
A new bit with a smooth operating ball bearing guide is a must. The mess is horrifying, snow everywhere. It gets all over everything.
It works alot better than a jigsaw for cutting curves, the jigsaw blade gets so hot it rewelds itself back together.
