I’ve seen and disliked foundations that have been foam insulated on the exterior. This was done 15 years ago when a R-5 was needed to be installed on a basement foundations (Minnesota) well now I own one of these homes and the past owner did a good job of slicing up the insulation with his Weed Whip. Any ideas on fixing or patching this up?
