While digging for some oddball information I came across a handy free encyclopedia with decent cross referencing.

OK, its not specialized in the building trades but still it’s not bad considering the price. Tell me what you think.

I don't know anything about the Probert ency, and the site doesn't have any info about who created it or why. And the most recent date is 1998. So I don't know how to asses its authority, but I agree with you that the cross-referencing is really nice. Seems to be more dictionary-like it its approach. If you're interested, here are the links to online encyclopediae from the Internet Public Library. If you explore the IPL in general, you'll also find an incredible amount of info and resources.

Same thing goes for Librarian's Index to the Internet. Great resource:

Hats off to ya.
I had to hog tie and beat senseless my inner perfectionist to produce the second line. The pains I go to for my art. Thanks.
Thats what I like about this site . So many people in different areas than my own . Every now and then they speak their knowledge. Pretty cool . Of course she is cool anyway holding her humor and knowledge together.
Thanks Theodora !
