Wondering if this is even available: a full flow frost proof outdoor spigot. In the past I’ve used a ball valve spigot for my outdoor hose connections. It’s a purpose made full flow spigot with the hose threads cast into the body. I liked this because you get full flow from a 3/4″ line, a 1/4 turn valve and the reliability of a ball valve. Unfortinately, it is not self draining. I was informed the other day that we will be required to install a frost proof spigot. I’ve generally not liked these because even the 3/4″ versions have a tiny hole which restricts the flow. Don’t suppose somebody makes a full flow version?
