Does anyone know if there is a good glue for treated, probably wet, lumber? Also trying to figure best way to fasten 2X material to concrete block. The block has been filled. Thanks. Brad

polyurethne glue, like gorilla glue, cures with moisture. So depending on th moisture contnt of your wood, it might be a good chice.

It depends what kind of load you're going to put on it. You could use Tapcons, Gripcons, expansion anchors of various types, or threaded bolts anchored with epoxy [Hilti has a $ystem for this] to name a few. You can add adhesives in combination any of the above as well.
You may need an engineer to specify which method you should use. Your building inspector may be able to tell you what is acceptable if the loading is not complicated. Many lumber yards [not the big box] may have some recomendations as well.
As for gluing, there are also construction adhesives made specifically for treated lumber.
