Some of you may cringe at the thought, but I recently visited a home with snapped together laminate flooring, which everybody, including Pergo, is offering. Having installed edged glued Pergo several years ago with excellent results, I am somewhat skeptical with the glueless floors.
The seams seem to be a bit more visible then the edge glued floors and over time they may become more visible.
(For those of you hardcore real wood floor folks, we have oak flooring in our present home…..)
Any comments would be appreciated as I am needing to refloor a (dry) basement in another house.
Thanks,
Alan
