That's a typical fuse panel from the 50's and 60's. 60 amp main, 4 plug fuses for lights and outlets, 1 pullout 220v range. See em all the time.

It's just the first time I've seen one with so many 30 amp fuses "protecting" 15 amp (# 14 gauge wire) circuits. They moved in recently, and I said, "I bet you never blow any fuses, huh?"
