I did this a while back. Once you get close to the wall, you're going to have to work a bit harder to get the last few courses in. There are some cool tools designed to make this work really well, but there are a few time-honored techniques.
One is to screw a block to the sub-floor and either wedge or pry against it. The second it to pound a screwdriver into the subfloor and pry back with it. A bit inelegant, but it works well.
