I have a customer that wants a hardwood floor blow grade. I have seen an advertisement for an OSB product that has a rubber backing. Does anyone know tha name of this product and if it is worth the time and money?

I think that you are talking about Dricore or Subflor. Their websites list the distributors.
It is not rubber, but a dimple plastic.
You can also buy the plastic sheeting in rolls and add your own sub-floor.
You might check with the wood floor manufacture and see if they allow that kind of installation. In general they don't allow below grade installation.
But you can used engineered wood flooring.
Even directly on the concrete floor is conditions are good.
