   Dear Friends,

   I was contacted yesterday with this notice, and thought this might be a good place to expand on the concept:

   We have been asked on behalf of the Children’s Make-A-Wish Foundation to participate in a request that a business card from your company be sent to Craig Sheppard at the address below:

   Craig is seven years old and has a brain tumor. The prognosis is that he has little time left to live. Craig has contacted the Make-A-Wish Foundation expressing his desire to have an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest collection of business cards by an individual. He is only allowed ONE business card from each company.

   Please submit one card from your company, then retype this letter on your business stationery and pass it along to twenty business contacts.
