I have a customer who runs a jewelry store with display cases that were skinned with new plastic laminate over existing laminate about 12 years ago. In the past 6 months nearly every piece on every case is letting go. The laminate was initially applied with solvent based contact cement. Any suggestions to reapplying without stipping the cases completely?
