   As always looks great.

   Is that post that is on the corner of the balcony in any way a support for the stairs?

   Doug:   That post supports the whole balcony.  They originally were going to drywall it...and then I suggested just making the post tie in with the newel above it.

   That was a good suggestion.  Is the support/newel two separate posts?

   Outstanding work as usual.  I'm not asking what those folks paid, but what kind of ballpark are we dealing with on something like this?  You did the staircase and landing, did you do the balcony rail as well?jt8
