Working in Denver in the early 80’s I
did some roof tear-offs using a dead serious tool which I recall referred to as a Bear Claw. Curved tines, solid steel
bar handle W/2-21/2 ball for “handle”.
Great leverage , worked by the laws of
“worm drive physics”. Does anyone know if they are still made? I’m in the Chicago area and all the supply houses
are still selling their Playschool version. Keepin’ the faith, Rick

The only bear claws I've ever seen were in the bakery case. They were tasty though.
